Return Policy 

Strict quality check is being performed on each item before shipping. Any damaged or defective items must be declared immediately upon receiving the items. 

Please understand that we only accept the items as its original condition with tags attached. Le Sisters will not accept request for exchange or refund if the items are already worn or washed, or change of mind. 

You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase or to your customer account for future purchase. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it is on the way.

For Sydney customers, we offer free pick-up for return items at CBD location only. 

For the rest of Australia and the world, at the moment we are not able to issue return labels to our lovely customers outside of Sydney or cover the cost of return shipping. Please remember to send us the tracking number. We cannot refund a lost return.

Please note that we do not accept  returns, refunds and exchanges for "change of mind". 

 

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not collected within 14 days, Le Sisters reserves the right to charge you the handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

Most of the items will get to your destination within 14 business days at a cost of $15. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

 

International shipping

Most of the items will get to your destination within 14 business days at a cost of $30. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.
